Carolyn Moore brings over 20 years of experience as a Chief People Officer and Divisional Human Resources leader and consultant in start-ups, Fortune 500 companies and everything in between. Creating and maintaining organizational effectiveness is at the core of Carolyn’s interests and experience. Carolyn has facilitated team interventions in companies such as Samsung, Apple, Nvidia, and Mercedes-Benz in addition to other technology and med-tech startups and mid-size organizations. With her extensive knowledge of assessments and analysis, she has made a positive impact on team and organizational health. This also helps her to create deeper understanding and commitment with individuals she coaches.
Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley and completed Master’s degree coursework in Human Resources and Organization Development at the University of San Francisco. She is an experienced coach and facilitator who has consulted both internally and as an independent consultant.
