Catherine has been designing and facilitating executive leadership experiences for more than 20 years working for companies including Nike, Google, Gap Inc, and Ernst & Young.

Catherine is passionate about helping leaders navigate complexity and maximize their impact. Her expertise lies in unlocking the greatest potential in every senior leader, through powerful, sometimes unconventional experiences. In addition to her program work, Catherine is an executive coach who works with leaders one-on-one, as well as with leadership teams .

A passionate and experienced educator, Catherine holds a masters degree from the Harvard University Graduate School of Education and a bachelors from University of California Los Angeles.
