Chris Cooper is a leadership and development advisor to several companies including BreakThrough Performance Systems.  His expertise is focused on driving results through best-in-class people practices throughout the employment lifecycle.  Chris most recently served as Senior Advisor to Coaching Right Now which provides executive development and vetting for the next generation of leaders for high-growth companies including Apple, Ross Stores, Coach, and Christie’s.  Prior to starting his consulting practice, Chris was an executive for Ross Stores as the SVP Human Resource responsible for Talent Acquisition, Global Mobility, Learning & Development, and the HRBP teams across the company.  Chris served in executive roles at Cost Plus World Market and Bed Bath & Beyond.  Chris balances his time between caring for his parents, spending time surfing at his house in Costa Rica, and supporting BreakThrough Performance Systems in becoming a key solution for companies to develop their next generation of leaders.
